Greater Minot Zoological Society
The Greater Minot Zoological Society is a non-profit, 501c3 charitable organization dedicated to supporting the Roosevelt Park Zoo. Founded in 1970, the GMZS strives to build naturalistic exhibits that offer enriching habitats for our animals and an engaging visitor experience furthering people’s wildlife understanding. We provide various educational programs, special events, conservation initiatives and volunteer opportunities for our community.
The GMZS is comprised of people committed to supporting America’s Best Small Town Zoo! The GMZS does accept tax-deductible donations that may go towards new exhibit construction, exhibit renovations, special projects, education program, conservation initiatives, or general operations.
