Found in Wild: Costa Rica, Panama, Columbia

Size and Description:

  • Small (8-11 inches) with tail longer than body.
  • Weighs less than 1 pound
  • White head, chest and limbs. Brown and gray body.
    Tail gets darker toward tip
Diet (zoo): Fruits and vegetables. Marmoset diet and monkey chow
Diet (wild): insects, lizards, snails, frogs, fruit, flowers and birds

Interesting Facts:
  • Live in groups of 2 - 10
  • Females give birth to twins
  • Over 25 different vocalizations

May: 10am - 6pm
June-August: 10am - 8pm
September: 10am - 6pm
